Dispatch times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days but please be aware during peak times this can take up to 5 working days. You will receive an email notifying you when your order has been posted.


Shipping Costs

Our shipping costs vary depending on where you are based in the world. We are based in the U.K and we ship via Royal Mail services but we will use other providers where necessary. Costs are as follows: United Kingdom STANDARD – S/ 3.80 Aims to deliver within 24 hours (one working day) after dispatch. This is not trackable you will simply be sent an email notifying you once the order has been dispatched. TRACKED – S/ 4.80 Provides end to end tracking and aims to deliver within 24 hours (one working day), you will receive a tracking link via email, please allow a few hours for the tracking information to update after dispatch. In some cases these times may be exceeded by Royal Mail. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail, these delays (if any) are out of our control. Please allow at least 3 working days to pass after receiving our dispatch email notification before reaching out to us if you have not received your parcel.


International Shipping

International Tracked Tracked and signed for international mail price will be calculated at check-out. We are not liable for local customs and sales tax. Your local customs authority may notify you once your order reaches your country and customs and sales tax may be applied and paid by you before you receive your goods. Any customs delay or charges that may occur are beyond our control. Lost / Stolen / Damaged parcels

cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged parcels. Once we dispatch your parcel it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver it. By purchasing you acknowledge and agree to these conditions. In the unlikely event your goods do not arrive or have arrived damaged, you can look to make a claim with Royal Mail here.
